1. Products & Availability

We currently offer digital products and subscriptions. Soon, we will also introduce physical products that can be purchased directly or through pre-order.

Pre-order lets you secure upcoming computer products (e.g., laptops, mini PCs, accessories) before they are in stock. By pre-ordering, you guarantee your unit from the earliest batch available.

Yes. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your digital product or access details immediately via email or through your account dashboard.

Yes, you can. However, physical items (especially pre-orders) may have separate delivery timelines.

2. Ordering & Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow (for Singapore customers), and secure online payment gateways.

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. For digital items, delivery information will be included in the same email.

For digital products, orders are usually processed instantly and cannot be canceled once delivered. For physical pre-orders, please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make changes.

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

You can download or access them through the link provided in your confirmation email, or by logging into your Sakal Shop account.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery dates are listed on the product page. Pre-order items will ship once available.

Currently, our physical products will mainly ship within Singapore. We’ll update this page as international shipping options expand.

You’ll be charged immediately when you place the pre-order to secure your item.

If there’s a change, we’ll notify you by email and update your order status in your account.

Since digital items are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the product is accessed. However, if you experience issues (e.g., broken link, technical problem), contact us and we’ll assist you.

You can return unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please see our detailed Returns Policy (link to page) for instructions.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we’ll help with a replacement or refund.

We’ll notify you immediately. If the delay exceeds 30 days, you may request a full refund.
