Exchange Online Archiving gives each user an archive mailbox that grows as needed, and helps you keep email for as long as your policies or regulators require.

Requirements: an add-on for Exchange Online (Plan 1), Microsoft 365 Business Basic or Business Standard. Already included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Exchange Online (Plan 2).

Billing: Per user, billed annually — S$47 per user per year (equivalent to S$3.92/month), excl. GST. Renews automatically each year.

Provisioning: Licences are provisioned within 24 hours of purchase. We link them to your Microsoft 365 tenant (or set one up for you) and email you the setup steps.
