All subscription products are billed monthly via Stripe (credit/debit card). You commit to a 12-month term. After the commitment period, subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Not yet — we currently offer monthly billing with annual commitment. Annual upfront payment with a discount is coming soon. Contact us if you’d like to discuss annual billing for large deployments.
You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately. Our team will provision your licenses within 24 hours (business days) and send setup instructions. For M365, you’ll receive admin credentials. For security products, we’ll deploy agents to your devices.
Log in to your Customer Dashboard to adjust quantities. Increases take effect immediately with prorated billing. Decreases take effect at the next billing cycle. For large changes, contact us for assistance.
You can cancel after your commitment period (typically 12 months). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Contact us to initiate cancellation — we’ll handle license deprovisioning to ensure a clean transition.
All prices shown are before 9% Singapore GST. GST is calculated automatically at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. Singapore PayNow support is coming soon.
Microsoft 365 licenses: within 24 business hours. SentinelOne/Bitdefender: same day for remote deployment, 1-2 days for on-site installation. Acronis backup: within 24 hours. AI automation packages: project kickoff within 1 week.
Yes — all subscription products include initial setup support at no extra cost. For M365, we configure your tenant, migrate mailboxes, and train your team. For security products, we deploy and configure agents on your devices.
MSP and MSSP plan subscribers get ongoing helpdesk support. For standalone product purchases (M365 licenses, security products), you can purchase a support add-on or contact us for ad-hoc assistance.
Yes. M365 plan upgrades (e.g., Business Basic → Business Premium) can be done at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. MSP plan upgrades (Silver → Gold) can also be done mid-term.
Yes — for deployments over 50 users/endpoints, contact us for custom pricing. We also offer bundle discounts when combining MSP + MSSP + backup services.
Microsoft 365 data is stored in Microsoft’s Singapore data centres (for tenants provisioned in the SEA region). Acronis backup data is stored in Acronis cloud with your choice of region. SentinelOne management console data is in the cloud with regional options.
